W. Parker Greene Memorial Scholarship
W. Parker Greene left a legacy to Moody Air Force Base and the Valdosta/Lowndes County community as a champion and supporter of the military community. His life and his work impacted the lives and careers of an incredible amount of airmen. In 2019, the Red Carpet of South Georgia, Inc. established the W. Parker Greene Memorial Scholarship to honor his legacy and provide funding for airmen pursuing an approved certification program, undergraduate studies, or graduate studies.
Hearts Apart Thanksgiving Drive Thru
The Red Carpet of South Georgia, Inc. Board Members team up with Moody Air Force Base each year to fund and assist with a drive thru to provide meals to families of deployed airmen.
Red Carpet Dinners
The Red Carpet of South Georgia, Inc. Board Members host 3 dinners a year to welcome airmen to Moody Air Force Base. Our sponsors also attend to help welcome airmen to the Lowndes County and City of Valdosta communities.
